Rules and Additional Information

Quiet Time inside the park: Sun-Thu 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Fri & Sat Midnight 12 a.m. - 8 a.m.
Check-in between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. All campers and visitors to the park, including day visitors, must
check-in with the office before proceeding to set up or use the park. If park manager isn't at the office, a
note on the office door tells visitors where to find her or any alternate arrangements.
Speed Limits For the safety and comfort of all—10 mph on road into campground & 5 mph within park;
Children, pets, pedestrians always have the right-of-way. Caution! Slow down--speed bumps!
Swimming Beach No life guards--swim at your own risk; children must be accompanied by adults; only
registered guests are permitted to swim and fish. No pets on beach & no fishing from the beach area.
Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times, must be cleaned up after, and must NOT become a
nuisance to other campers. No dogs on the beach. You are responsible for your pet! Problem pets must
be removed from the park.
Garbage Please use the dumpster near entrance to the park and please do not litter in the park. No trash
from outside the park may be put into park dumpster! Please put cigarette butts into designated containers--
not on the ground and not into fire circles.
Recycling Co-mingled materials to recycle are listed on the recycling container at the park entrance & on
handouts available at the office. Please sort your recycling from your garbage at your campsite and place in
the appropriate barrel or dumpster. Extra bags are available at the office to hold your recycling.
Campfires in existing stone or metal fire circles only. Absolutely no cutting of standing trees or brush, dead
or alive. Avoid making fires that burn too high and beware during windy conditions. Extinguish all unattended
fires, especially upon check-out. Firewood is for sale at the office until 7 p.m.
Bathhouse & restrooms are at west side of park-please help us keep them tidy. They are on a septic
system: do not put excessive paper, feminine products or other similar waste into the toilets. No
dishwashing or clothes washing in restrooms, please.
Picnic tables Each site has a picnic table. Please do not move tables around the park; if you choose to
relocate your table, replace it before checking out.
Water Our water comes from a deep well. It is tested by the State, and is approved for drinking water.
Parking Please park your vehicle in the parking lot or where designated by the office at check in. If the lot
is full, inquire at office for additional parking areas, including along the southern fence of the campground.
Please do not drive off the road.
Firearms Use of firearms, including B-B-Guns and fireworks, is strictly PROHIBITED within the park.
Zero Tolerance Under age drinking and ANY illegal drug use are strictly prohibited. Authorities will be
called if necessary. The responsible use of alcohol by residents and their guests who are of age must not
disturb any nearby campers. Profanity will not be tolerated.
Family Campground Please keep in mind WillOaks Campground is a family campground and be respectful
of your neighbors while camping, of the beautiful grounds, and of our rules for safety and personal conduct.
